Bude Pirate Run

The Bude Pirate Run is an approximately eight mile off road race around Crooklets and Maer Down in Bude, Cornwall. The route uses coastal path, fields, wooded sections and small stretches of road. The surface can be slippery and muddy after wet weather.

Event headquarters and registration are at Bude Surf Life Saving Club adjacent to Crooklets Beach Car Park. Public parking is available at Crooklets Beach Car Park and at Rosies Café; parking charges apply. Public toilets are at the Crooklets Beach Car Park and outdoor showers are provided at the rear of the toilet block; these are council operated and their availability may vary and incur charges. A substantial proportion of money raised will be donated to the Bude Surf Life Saving Club.
