Course and format
The course is an out-and-back route on an old disused train line described as undulating and a mix of off-road and paved surfaces. Each lap is 5.3 km. Participants may walk or run and can complete as few as one lap or as many as 14 laps within the permitted time; finishers are eligible to collect a medal.
