An inflatable obstacle-course 5 km event in Glasgow, Lanarkshire scheduled for Saturday 29 August 2026, with recent bookings reported and a recent occurrence held at Norfolk Showground where staff and obstacles were noted positively.

A trail race at Dunnikier Park, Kirkcaldy with two laps of about 5 km over mixed surfaces. The Scottish Athletics permit event has a two hour time limit and supports Maggie's Fife.

September 2026

A 5km out and back beach race along West Sands in St Andrews held each September as the first Scottish Student Sport cross country winter league event. Students from universities across Scotland compete.

An inflatable obstacle course 5K in Edinburgh, Midlothian on Saturday 5 September 2026, presented as the 2026 edition of the Inflatable 5K. A participant review notes a positive family experience with multiple people taking part.

A 22.4 mile circular challenge walk from Callander that circumnavigates Loch Venachar with about 1,020 m ascent. The route follows tracks and paths and includes checkpoints at Bochastle and Brig o'Turk.

Breaking The Laws in North Berwick on 13 September 2026 features a chip-timed 30K with solo and three-person relay options plus a scenic 10K walk, and donates five pounds per entry to Scottish Veterans Residences.
