ACORN South By Five - Rouken Glen

Glasgow, United Kingdom • 1 Dec 2024

ACORN South By Five is a community-focused running event that takes place across six parks in Glasgow over a 10-week period. Participants can run a 5km race in each park, with the requirement to complete at least five races to finish the series. The event promotes local engagement by supporting the charity "Give A Dog A Bone," which helps seniors adopt rescue pets. Additionally, each race includes a litter pick to give back to the parks used for the event. While entry is free, participants are encouraged to make a donation to the Acorn Trails Community Fund or bring items for a local food bank.
