The ACORN Rouken Glen Trail Race is a scenic trail running event held in Rouken Glen Country Park, a historic 143-acre park located about 10km south of Glasgow. The race covers roughly 8km, consisting of two 4km laps that traverse a multi-terrain course featuring some mud, inclines, declines, and faster paved sections. The start and finish are near the Davieland Road entrance, close to Whitecraigs train station. Limited to 100 runners, the event offers a friendly atmosphere with manual timing and prizes for winners and spot prizes. Entry costs £12 for ARC-affiliated runners, with no on-the-day registration. A guided, social trail run on local paths from Milngavie Train Station, held on 19 February 2026. Qualified guides lead the 10 km route; trail shoes and a head torch are mandatory and dogs and under‑18s are not permitted.

A classic hill relay in the Ochils. Teams of four tackle the three-leg course, including a paired leg. The route involves a significant 880 m of climb.
