Acorn South by Five - Pollok Park is part of a series of 5km running events inspired by the Glasgow race, The South Side Six. Taking place over ten weeks, participants can join individual races or the entire series, with a requirement to complete five out of six events. The series includes races in various parks, culminating in a gathering and prize giving.

While entry is free, a minimum donation to the Acorn Trails Community Fund is encouraged, supporting local initiatives. Additionally, participants are invited to contribute to a local food bank.
