Trail Running calendar near Settle 2025-2026

Take on the Dovedale Dipper, a scenic trail run and challenge walk from Hartington through the Dove and Manifold valleys in the Peak District. Choose a long 27 mile route or a 15 mile option for gorgeous scenery and a village finish.

Run a 37 mile loop through the North Pennines AONB and UNESCO Global Geopark from Allendale. Go solo or in a three person relay, self navigate waymarked trails with checkpoints, photos and a keepsake mug.

Crow Hill Reverse fell race in the South West Pennines on 4 Aug 2026 offers a steep 8 km route with 305 m of climb from Dusty Miller pub in Mytholmroyd. No pre entry required; join on the day for £5 and tackle a classic Pennine fell.

A new 4 mile route around Bradwell in the Peak District on Tue 4 Aug 2026 climbs 276 m for a rewarding hill challenge. Teams welcome and pre entry opens in May with on the day entries available at Bradwell Sports Pavilion.

Tackle the scenic Cracken Edge fell race in the Peak District on Wed 5 Aug 2026, a challenging 11.3 km route with 442 m of climb. Join runners raising funds for Kinder Mountain Rescue Team; teams welcome and entries available on the day.

Join the Rodley Rock up n' Run at the Rodley Barge Pub for a flat canal 5k or 10k in a friendly pop up Summer Series. Enjoy a jumble medal, hot food and a post race beer in a relaxed village atmosphere.

Join the Tegg's Nose Fell Race on Sat 8 Aug 2026 in the Peak District for a challenging 8 mile course with 525 m of climb and fine views. Held with sheep dog trials, this classic fell race accepts pre entries and entries on the day.
