Charm Bracelet Half Marathon

The Charm Bracelet Half Marathon is a trail running event taking place on 11 April 2027. The route follows the King Charles III England Coast Path and the Cleveland Way, heading south from Redcar and finishing in the historic fishing village of Staithes. The course passes coastal villages and the 'Circle' sculpture between miles 7 and 8 and includes sections on sand and on cliff-top paths.

The advertised distance is 14.35 miles, with a total ascent of 1,591 ft. The surface is varied and can include mud, sand, rocks and tree roots. The event allows both runners and quick walkers, and participants must be at least 18 years old. Organisers allow five hours to complete the course and provide tail runners for support.

Two marshalled aid stations are located on the route offering water and snacks. Entry includes a finishers medal. Trophies are awarded to first male, first female, first non-binary and to first in the FV50, FV60, FV70 and MV50, MV60, MV70 categories. Optional coach transport from Staithes to the start is offered for a fee. Entry fees are shown as standard and affiliate rates. First aid is available on the day. A 7 hour timed trail event in Durham along the River Wear with looped laps from a 3 km minimum. Finishers receive a themed medal and goody bag and distance pins are available for half marathon and longer.

Day 2 of the Dun Holm Challenge is a 7 hour Time Challenge along the River Wear in Durham, with a 5 km minimum and multiple distance options. Finishers receive a Durham themed medal and distance pins for half marathon or further.

A guided, socially paced 14 mile trail run around Thornton-le-Dale in the North York Moors, limited to small groups of six. The route crosses streams and hamlets and includes an optional post-run drink and local food.

An 8.5 mile fell race around Glaisdale Rigg with about 1850 ft of ascent, a steep green-lane descent off Snowdon Nab and a finish at the Arncliffe Arms. Limited to 100 runners and part of the Esk Valley Fell Summer series.
