Lakeside Charity Relays

The Lakeside Charity Relays is a community relay event held at Haverthwaite Station near Ulverston, Cumbria. Teams are mixed and are made up on the day. All ages run together and the entry fee is £3 per person. All proceeds go to charity.

Parking and registration take place at Lakeside and Haverthwaite station. Parking at the station is charged at £3 per vehicle. A train will carry participants to the start and return them to the station. There is no charge for runners or spectators to use the train.

The running leg is approximately 0.80 miles / 1.30 km with about 60 feet / 20 meters of climb. A race map and a race profile are not available. Registration is handled at the event location and teams are assembled from those who attend on the day.
