Trail Running calendar near Salcombe Regis 2026-2027

A 10 mile multi terrain fell race around Castle Drogo under FRA rules, with about 1760 ft climb, cupless water stations at Fingle Bridge and the finish, wooded and river sections and a half mile climb on the Hunters Path.

A Movember charity run at Ashton Court Park offering 1.5k, 5k, 10k and half marathon options with chip timing, medals and headbands, mixed path and trail terrain, some hilly sections, and on course refreshments.

A six hour timed event at Dartington Hall with repeat 5 km laps and a canicross option. Mixed terrain, on-site catering and chip timing; proceeds support a new playground.

Night trail running from Corfe Castle in Dorset with three marked routes (15 km, 11 km, 5 km). Mixed underfoot conditions, ridge and single-track sections, one outpost on the long route, and facilities including food, toilets and a finisher..

An evening trail at Dartington Hall with 10K and 5K single-lap courses, 1K and 2K kids races, and canicross. Green Table will host registration and refreshments while the event raises funds for a new childrens playground.

A coastal multi-lap event in Fowey based on an 8 km mixed trail and road lap, offering 8, 16, 24, 32 km options and a four-person relay, timed by ST App Service with finishers' medals and male and female awards.

The Smurf Run at Dare Valley Country Park is a seven hour Time Challenge on well maintained park paths, with distances from 3 km up to 50 km. Finishers receive themed medals, distance pins and a goody bag with vegan options.

Night time looped trail run at Moors Valley Country Park on 21 November 2026 with 10 km, 20 km or 30 km options, compulsory headtorch and free main car park; runners can choose a tree planting option instead of a medal.

Scenic 10 mile off road trail race in the New Forest hosted by Totton Running Club with medals, water stations, parking and trophies for overall and age category winners.

An off road hill race around Brent Knoll in Somerset on 22 November 2026, roughly 6 miles with a steep summit climb and muddy trails. Facilities at the BASC sportsground include parking, toilets, refreshments and a limited bag drop.

A 13.6 km coastal cross country race around Ilfracombe with hilly terrain and a field limited to 200 runners, usually held in late November.

Trail event at Mothecombe on the Erme Estuary with an 8.5 mile classic and a half marathon, marked course, estuary crossings, mandatory head torch.

A short fell race of 5.7 km with 485 m of climb on Blorenge near Llanfoist, Abergavenny. Mostly unmarked up-and-down route with steep technical terrain; basic navigation and full kit are recommended.

Two trail distances on 28 November 2026 around Machen, featuring wooded single track, ridgeway exposure and steep climbs. The half course is fully marked while the marathon requires self navigation with marshals at key points.

The final race of the 2026 RTT Series takes place in Afan Forest with separate 5 km and 10 km routes from Bryn Bettws Lodge. The event features chip timing, finisher medals, marked and marshalled routes and water stations.

A trail race through 600 acres of Charborough Estate woodland offering 10K, a 21K double loop and a two person relay in November 2026.

A lap based road event at Rhydycar, Merthyr Tydfil, on a 5.3 km AUKCM certified tarmac circuit along the Taff Trail. Runners choose how many laps to complete within a seven hour limit and can opt for a no medal entry.

Two coastal races from Hengistbury Head along Bournemouth seafront and Boscombe Pier. Largely flat, traffic free routes with chip timing, water stations and a finisher medal.

Trail races of 10K, half marathon, marathon and ultra on the Jurassic Coast at Swanage, part of the Endurancelife 2026 to 2027 season.

A Christmas themed Santa run at Siblyback Lake on 5 December 2026 with canicross options, three distances, medals for all and awards for top finishers. Timed results use the ST App Service and free race photography is provided.
