Course, distances and logistics

The route starts and finishes in Fowey and runs via Readymoney Cove along the coastal path to Polridmouth, then overland back to Fowey. The course surface is approximately 50% trail and 50% road. Runners must carry a fully charged mobile phone; carrying fluid is recommended. There is a waterpoint at the finish and an additional checkpoint for participants completing two, three, or four laps.
