Held in Porth Penrhyn, Bangor on 14-15 November 2026, Slate Trail Ultra offers two trail races of 147 km and 80 km along the Snowdonia Slate Trail with substantial elevation gain and organised aid stations.

A Backyard Ultra at Hunters Greave, Leeds on 14 November 2026 where competitors run a 4.167 mile loop every hour until one person remains. Camping, aid stations and a Yorkshire goodie bag are provided for participants.

A guided 55 km route on Anglesey visiting three high tops with over 2000 m of ascent, starting and finishing at Lligwy beach. The course is split into five supported sections with guides, checkpoints and a wooden medal on completion.

A 40 mile trail ultramarathon starting and finishing in Lymm that circumnavigates Warrington on tracks, paths and lanes. The 2026 race is on 14 November with solo, pair and four person relay entry options.

A 16.1 km fell race from Capelulo with about 594 m of ascent on partially marked terrain where navigation and experience are required. Entry is online only with a £12 fee and participants must be over 18.

A 15 km fell race in the Peak District with about 660 m of climbing, open to runners aged 18 and over; pre-entry and on-the-day entry are available and FRA minimum kit is required.

Trail event from Skelton Lake Services into Rothwell Country Park offering Marathon, 20 miles, Half and 6.7 miles. On course aid about every three miles, eco focused facilities, a bespoke medal and kebabs at the finish.

Tackle the sweeping slopes of Arnside Knott in the Dave Shinn Memorial Race, a testing 6 mile fell route with 333 m of climb. Enter on the day at Hollins Farm and enjoy cake, local camaraderie and stunning Lake District views.

A 10.5 km forest trail run around Meanwood Park and the Meanwood Valley Trail, with narrow technical sections, muddy footing and about 200 m of ascent. Finishers receive complimentary soup and optional medals or t-shirts.

A lap based run at Stanley Park, Blackpool supporting Breakthrough T1D and World Diabetes Day. The 3.1 mile loop is mainly flat tarmac with a short gravel section and finishers receive an official time and bespoke medal.

A 10 km multi terrain trail run around Beckbury, Shropshire, featuring the Badgers Bite Hill, marshalled and signposted with a halfway drinks station and a finisher medal.

A Category AS fell race around the West Pennine Moors above Darwen, covering about 6 km with 305 m of climb, based at The Kiosk in Sunnyhurst Woods. The event raises funds for Cardiac Risk in the Young.

A 3-hour mountain marathon score event in the Dark Peak. Run solo or with a partner, navigating with a provided map. Post-race refreshments are included.

A three hour fell running score event on the Eastern Moors and Burbage Valley where competitors receive a map, choose their own route and collect points. Entries accept solo and pairs across multiple age categories.

Community runs at Roundhay Park supporting Movember, with 1.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon options, chip timing, medals, and family friendly features.

An AS class fell race of 8 km with 762 m ascent near Little Stretton. The partly marked route climbs four steep valleys, requires navigational skills and full WFRA kit, and has very limited parking.

A 27 km AL fell race from Barley Village Hall with 1473 m of climb, licensed by the Fell Runners Association, requiring navigation and mandatory kit. Entries open 1 July and close 31 October, entry fee £16, EOD £25 if places remain.

A 5 km fell race in Litton with about 362 m of ascent, plus a set of junior races with short, graded courses and on-the-day junior entry.

A circular fell race of 5.8 Mile around Marsden with 1026ft of ascent. The route passes reservoirs and sections of the Slabbed Pennine way and includes boggy ground.

A two day late autumn trail weekend in the Peak District around White Peak and Dark Peak. Choose single day 43 km or 50 km races or both days for 93 km; GPX navigation, on course refreshments, finishers medals and trophies are provided.
