Pre-entry is not available; entry on the day is permitted with a fee of £10. All profit from entry fees goes to the race’s sponsored charities for the year; charities are selected at the organiser’s AGM in April 2025 and last year the funds went to Kent Estuary Youth Project. Teams are not allowed. There are no junior races. The event holds a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA.
