The West Yorkshire Trail Run takes place at Harewood House, Harewood, Leeds (LS17 9LG) on Sunday 21st June 2026. The route runs through the Harewood estate and surrounding areas, including Wall Side Plantation, Sugar Hill, Eccup Reservoir, Carr Plantation and Piper Wood. The course passes near estate lakes and the sets of Emmerdale. The estate grounds are described as woodlands, landscaped gardens and lakeside views.

The listed elevation gains are +262m for the 21.7km route and +188m for the 12.7km route. GPX files are provided for both distances. The event provides chip timing, water stations, first aid on course, encouraging marshals, a finishers medal and finisher goodies. Course signage uses pink arrows and pink tape. Hazards and road junctions are marked with caution signs. Dogs are not allowed.

Logistics and notes

Runners collect bibs on arrival and should bring their QR code for registration. The event is plastic free at water stations, so runners are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle.
