  • 9 miles, ages 17 or older
  • 15 miles, ages 17 or older

All courses are marked, marshalled and signposted. The event has a five hour cut off and TRA licensing and UK Athletics rules apply.

Event services include finish-line mementos, finish-line goodies, free professional photographs, optional group warm-up and post run LRC Yoga, and spot prizes from local businesses. Facilities note toilets are available at the race HQ. Paid parking is available at Teesdale School for £5, with limited free parking around the town. There are no changing facilities at the TCR Hub and valuables should be left in vehicles or with a spectator.
