LRC Tees Trailtastic is an off-road running event held in the heart of Teesdale, County Durham. The event starts and finishes at the TCR Hub in Barnard Castle and focuses on providing an adventure experience rather than a competitive race. Participants follow sections of the Teesdale Way, traversing rolling terrain with varied inclines and descents.

There are three distances available for participants:

• 3.5 Miles: Open to individuals aged 15 and older.
• 9 Miles: Open to individuals aged 17 and older.
• 15 Miles: Open to individuals aged 17 and older.

The courses are fully marked and marshalled to assist with navigation. Aid stations are situated along the routes to provide water, fuel, and hydration. The 3.5 mile course includes one aid station, the 9 mile course has two, and the 15 mile course features four. The event has an overall cut-off time of five hours, and walk-runners are permitted to participate.

Facilities at the race headquarters include toilets. While there are no changing facilities at the TCR Hub, parking is available at the nearby Teesdale School for a fee, with limited free spaces also located around the town. Participants receive a finisher memento and have access to free professional photographs. Following the run, short group yoga sessions are held on the grass near the finish area.
