LRC Tees Trailtastic is a trail running event in Barnard Castle on Sunday 21 June 2026. The event uses routes that follow sections of the Teesdale Way and runs over rolling terrain with a few gentle inclines and descents. All courses are waymarked, marshalled, and signposted.

Course support includes aid stations with water and fuel; the 3.5 mile route has one aid station, the 9 mile route has two, and the 15 mile route has four. Hydration and fuel are provided with support from Precision Fuel & Hydration. Entries include a fully marked course, marshals, finish-line items, free professional photographs, and a finisher memento. Spot prizes are planned on the day.

There will be three short post-run yoga sessions on the grass led by a yoga teacher from Long Run Collective, weather permitting. Facilities at the race HQ include toilets. Paid car parking is available at Teesdale School for a fee of £5 and there are limited free parking places around the town. There are no changing facilities at the TCR Hub.

Age limits are set relative to the end of year 2026: minimum event age is 15; the 3.5 mile course requires aged 15 or older, and the 9 mile and 15 mile courses require aged 17 or older.
