A Category BM fell race of 12.9 km with 610 m ascent around Calderbrook, based at Calderbrook Community Church. Entries run from 28 February to 16 July 2026 and the minimum age is 18.

A mixed team fell relay in Eskdale with four paired legs, map and compass navigation only, about 38.3 km total and significant ascent; limited club entries, entry fees support the local primary school.

A short fell race near Cracoe on Sunday 19 July 2026 covering 2.60 miles with about 900 feet of climb. The route crosses fields, includes a trailer and a wall to climb, rough ground and a final steep ascent.

A clockwise 12.3 miles / 19.8 km Lakeland fell race on 19 July 2026, climbing about 3300 ft and crossing Ill Bell, High Street and Kentmere Pike. FRA rules apply and minimum kit and checkpoint cutoffs are strictly enforced.

A navigational run from Chinley Community Centre to six red phone boxes that house lifesaving defibrillators. The 10+ km route uses a paper map and stamps and raises funds for the defibs upkeep and replacement.

Tackle the rugged Bowland slopes at the Hapton Fell Race, a challenging 5 miles with about 400 m of climb near Burnley. Day of entry makes it ideal for last minute plans and friendly club rivalry.

Flat two-lap 5 mile trail race at Ashington Community Woods with traffic-free paths, limited to 125 runners. Finishers receive a gift and chocolate and £1 of each fee supports Friends of the Woods.

A mid-summer fell race in Ravenscar covering about 10 km with 250 m of climb, held at the Ravenscar tea rooms. Entry is on the day with modest fees, team competition and FRA permit insurance in place.

The Fellside Fell Race will take place in Caldbeck on Wednesday 22 July 2026. You can run 11 kilometers.
