The final segment of the race consists of a downhill descent back into the town centre.

The course is marked with flags and supported by marshals and a tail runner. A hydration station is located at the halfway turnaround point, providing water and squash. Participants have access to a secure baggage store at the registration point, which is located at The Excited Goat Coffee Lounge. All finishers receive a medal upon completion of the course. The event location is accessible via public transport, with the Hebden Bridge train station situated a 10-minute walk from the registration area.
