Trail Running calendar near Ravenscar 2026-2027

Join Scarborough AC for an 8.6 mile fell race across the North York Moors, featuring 475 m of climbing and sweeping moorland views. Entry on the day makes this a great spontaneous stop in the Dave Parry Esk Valley summer series.

A trail half marathon of circa 13.1 miles through the North York Moors with forest tracks, heather moorland and an ascent of Roseberry Topping. Places are limited to 50 and there is a five hour cut off.

Tackle Roseberry Topping on Wed 26 Aug 2026 in this classic short fell race hosted from Newton under Roseberry. Expect a punchy 2.3 km course with big climb and great views, junior entries welcome and on the day entry available.

A pop up evening running event in Kirkstall, Leeds offering 5k and 10k routes along canal-side paths. Entry is available on the night or online and runners receive a jumble medal plus food and drink options.

A 10 km multi-terrain trail race through Derwent Walk Country Park with start and finish at Blaydon Rugby Club. The 11th and final edition includes chip timing, a finisher medal, food vendors and age-group prizes.

A short fell race of 4 km with about 120 m climb at the Show Field in St John's Chapel. Day entries cost £2 and there are separate junior races for children aged 4 to 12 plus an under 18 category.

Tackle the Tripsdale Trot on 29 August 2026 at the Bilsdale Show in Chop Gate. This 5.5 mile fell race through the North York Moors climbs 1437 ft and has a junior fun race alongside. Entry is on the day.

A trail event from Skipton that follows Pennine Way and Dales Way sections, offering four distances from 13 to 50 miles with checkpoints, mandatory kit requirements and trackers for ultramarathon entrants.
