Black Rocks Fell Race in Matlock on 8 July 2026 runs mostly on good trails with a mid race climb past Black Rocks and a total ascent of 800 feet. The event is organised by Matlock Athletic Club.

A marked high moor fell race of about 7 miles with 366 m of climb in the South/West Pennines on 8 July 2026. Registration is at the Packhorse Inn car park, pre entry is via SiEntries and on the day entry may be limited to 120.

Race 4 of the Northants 5K Series takes place at Fermyn Woods Country Park on 8 July 2026, featuring a multi-terrain 5 km route through ancient woodland. Limited paid parking is available and series medals are awarded to finishers.

Experience an undulating 6.4 mile multi terrain course through rural landscapes. This chip timed race starts and finishes at the Royton Cricket Club with full facilities available for all participants.

A three leg fell relay at Danefield Park in Otley with each leg about 4.8 km and 170 m of climb. Teams of three compete across age and gender categories; pre-entry and entry on the day are available for a £12 team fee.

A category BS fell race on 9 July 2026 at Thurlstone Gala/Football Field, South Yorkshire, featuring a single-lap undulating 6.4 km course. Entry fee is £6 and prizes include age-group awards plus cash for breaking listed course records.

A *10 km* trail race at Coombe Abbey Park on 10 July 2026, run over two laps through woodland, meadow and grass with on-course water and basic facilities. Tiered entry fees apply and optional charity donations are available.

A six hour, self paced lap event at Coombe Abbey Park on a 3.3 mile loop of stone paths, meadow and tree cover. Runners choose how many laps to complete; rucking is allowed and an eco friendly tree token is available instead of a medal.

Take on the Charlesworth & Chisworth Carnival Fell Race on Sat 11 Jul 2026 in the Peak District, a testing 5 km / 3.1 mile course with 180 m of climb. Pre entry and entry on the day plus junior races make this a great community running day.

Point to point Lyke Wake Challenge of just over 40 miles between Osmotherley and Ravenscar on 11 July 2026, run on a handicap basis. Entrants must be 21 or older, carry mandatory safety kit and numbers are limited to 150.

Phoenix Blaze is the second race in a 2026 Summer Series at Hardy Farm on 11 July 2026, featuring timed laps on a 5.3 km riverside course so participants can complete distances from 5 km up to ultra within a seven hour limit.

A 11.1 km trail race at Stonyhurst College on 11 July 2026, following woodland paths, rivers and historic bridges. Entry includes a medal, chip timing, professional photography and an event village with food vendors.

Experience a traditional fell race in the West Pennines with the Baildon Canter. This event features a 5 km senior course and multiple junior races held alongside the local Carnival.

MacTuffX Peterborough on 11 July 2026 pairs ten functional Xercises with ten short runs across classic and double distances, offered as solo, doubles or five-person relays with age 18 plus, LITE weight options and live leaderboard data.
