There are a number of busy road crossings on the course; the most hazardous crossings will have marshals in place. First aiders will be present at the start and finish area, at the halfway aid station and on the course.

Early bird fees are £23 for UKA affiliated runners and £25 for unaffiliated runners. Standard entry fees are £27 for UKA affiliated runners and £29 for unaffiliated runners. Minimum age is 18 years. No dogs are permitted and refunds are only given if the event is cancelled.
Mandatory kit includes at least 1 litre water capacity, a waterproof jacket, warm layers, an emergency blanket, a whistle, emergency snacks and a charged mobile phone. There is no parking at the brewery; parking is available in a layby a few hundred metres up the road. Finishers receive a medal and a voucher redeemable on race day for a pint or a non alcoholic option at the brewery. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
