The Tideswell Terminator is a BM fell race that starts and finishes in Tideswell, with the start/finish at Bishop Pursglove Primary School on St John’s Road. The approx. 11.1 km (6.9 miles) course runs from Tideswell through Litton, into Cressbrook Dale and past Peters Stone, then climbs to the Hay Cop trig point before returning via Cressbrook to Litton and back to Tideswell. It features two climbs, including a 1.5 km ascent to Hay Cop, and about 359 m (1,178 ft) of total elevation gain, offering breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding hillside throughout the route.
