The Robin Challenge is a 6-hour timed event on an off-road loop. Participants can choose to run, hike, or walk as many laps of the 3.3-mile (approximately 5.3 km) circuit as they wish within the time limit. The event is also open to participants with dogs under canicross rules, with a separate entry option available.

The course is located at Sence Valley Forestry Park, a Forestry England site near Ibstock, Leicestershire. The lap route uses mainly crushed stone paths of varying condition, with some grass sections that can become muddy. The terrain includes climbs and descents.

Entry and Cost

Entry is open to individuals aged 17 and over. A tiered pricing system is used: £38 before September 8, 2026, and £43 after that date. Unaffiliated runners pay an additional £2. An on-demand, virtual participation option is also available via a partner app.
