A scenic five mile multi-terrain race in Moulton near Northwich on 5 August 2026, with prizes for age categories and teams. All entrants receive a pie and peas supper with meat, vegan and gluten-free options.

Race Three of the Bramhall Runners Foodbank series is a 5.5 km community race through Happy Valley in Bramhall. Entry is limited to 250 runners and all proceeds support Stockport Foodbank.

An evening pop up run at Rodley on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal offering 5 km and 10 km options, turn up on the evening or pay online, with a jumble medal and post‑race food and drink available.

A 10.9 km BM fell race in the Peak District at Fairholme visitor centre with 486 m ascent. Pre entry only for adults 18 plus; course record times are 0:48:27 for men and 1:00:27 for women, both set in 2018.

On Friday 7 August 2026 a single-lap 8.5 km trail around Lotherton Hall near Leeds runs through farmland and woodland and passes Hook Moor Wind Farm. Entry is limited to 250 runners and finishers receive a medal and a consumable.

A summer trail race on the edge of the Peak District covering just over 20 miles through Cordwell and Linacre valleys. The largely unmarked route has GPX and route notes, two staffed checkpoints and medic cover.

A 12 hour multi terrain lap event at Riverside Park, St Neots, held alongside two triathlons as part of a festival. Entries are Solo, Pair or Teams of 3 to 6; awards, medals, family activities and camping are provided.

Point to point trail ultraruns through the Stour Valley in Constable Country. The SVP100 covers about 102 km and a 50 km option follows part of the same route; finishers receive a medal, t-shirt and UTMB Index points.

An 8 hour looped ultramarathon at Temple Newsam Park where runners complete as many 5 km laps as they can. The mixed terrain course records laps, distance and time and provides on-course aid, bag drop and a medal for finishers.

Join the Tegg's Nose Fell Race on Sat 8 Aug 2026 in the Peak District for a challenging 8 mile course with 525 m of climb and fine views. Held with sheep dog trials, this classic fell race accepts pre entries and entries on the day.

A flagged and marshalled BS fell race from Uppermill with a 10 km course and 400 m of climb, entry via SiEntries and a post race chip butty included in the fee.

The Boulsworth Fell Race will take place in Wycoller on Sunday 9 August 2026.

A six hour timed circuit event on farm fields at Thonock Lane Farm in Gainsborough. Runners complete 2.5 km laps with on-course drink and food stations and receive a themed medal and goody bag.

A historic, short fell race on 12 August 2026 organised by Goyt Valley Striders from Buxworth Memorial Club. The loop is 3.4 miles with 275 m of ascent and entries often sell out.

Take on the classic Whittle Pike fell race in the South West Pennines on Wed 12 Aug 2026, roughly 5.5 miles with 550 m of climb from Cowpe Village Hall. Entry on the day is available for £5, teams welcome and runners must be 16 or over.

An evening off road race around Darley Dale featuring forest trails, several climbs and a final rise to the Oker Trig Point. The marked course is 7.3 km with 240 m of ascent and has advance registration only.

A challenging fell race in the Peak District featuring 370m of climb over a 6km course. Entry is on the day at Cartworth Moor Cricket Club near Holmfirth. The route is well marked and marshalled for a classic short fell running experience.

A relaunch village fell race in the Peak District covering 5.5 miles over fields, lanes and country roads, finishing with a long downhill back to Flagg. Open entry period runs from August 2025 to August 2026.

A towpath trail event in Saltaire offering distances from 5k to ultra, regular feed stations and a bespoke finisher medal; toilets and nearby train access are available.

A moorland fell race around Ilkley with a 35 km loop and a 21 km point to point option. The unmarked route crosses multiple moors, has two aid stations and requires runners to use a GPX or route map.
