Trail Running calendar near Margate 2026-2027

Community running event in Hawkhurst on 21 June 2026 offering 10k, 5k and a free junior race on a multi terrain undulating course, with finish line cake, a bespoke medal and funds raised for local community projects.

Circular countryside routes of 26 miles and 18 miles around Baldock in Hertfordshire, with checkpoints, refreshments and a light finish meal. Entries close 13 June or when the 175 place limit is reached.

A 5 km obstacle course at Stanmer Park on 27 June 2026 featuring muddy climbs, crawls and slides across fields and woodland. The event is for ages 13 and over, has staggered wave starts, and a minimum fundraising target of £50.

A countryside trail run at 3 Brewers Brewery in Hertfordshire offering 10 km and 5 km options on mostly off road terrain. Finishers receive a medal, a pint cup and a free drink while the event supports local charity Earthworks.

A trail event at Housedean Farm in the South Downs offering a half marathon and a 10K over mixed gravel and trail terrain. Onsite camping and glamping are available and amenities include chip timing, aid stations and a finishers area.

A community trail event at Telscombe Playing Fields on 28 June 2026, featuring a 10k and a junior fun run across bridleways, the South Downs Way and the Greenwich Meridian Trail with multi terrain, undulating footing.

A Half Marathon at Box Hill Fort (Tadworth) on 28 June 2026 with more than 3000 feet of ascent and descent. The route runs mainly on rough tracks and offers views over the North Downs, the Mole Gap, Denbies Vineyard and Dorking.

The Trail du Mont Renard will take place in La Capelle-lès-Boulogne on Sunday 28 June 2026. You can run between 11 and 24 kilometers.

North Downs Run is a multi terrain 30 km race through the Kent countryside on Sunday 28 June 2026. Entries are open with online entry closing 14 June; fees are £38 affiliated, £40 non affiliated and £45 on the day if places remain.

A charity 5k obstacle run at Blackheath Common on 28 June 2026 where participants climb, crawl and slide around a mainly grassy course while raising funds for cancer research. Wave starts, on-site refreshments and toilets are provided.

Follow the 82 mile Essex Way trail from Epping tube station to the historic high lighthouse in Harwich. This ultra marathon features mixed terrain and 3,469 feet of elevation with full GPS tracking and five checkpoints.

A timed charity run along the Thames with lap options from 5.3 km up to ultra distances. The Run for a Tenner entry donates £10 to Rays of Sunshine and all finishers receive a bespoke medal.
