Triffic Trail, London : Trent Country Park

Triffic Trail is a trail running event held within Trent Country Park in Enfield. The route stays entirely inside the park and combines woodland trails, grassy fields, a few hills, and some short sections of tarmac road. The senior race is run under UKA rules.

The event includes three distances:

  • 10 km Senior Race
  • 4.5 km Junior Race (for under‑16s)
  • 2 km Kids Fun Run (for younger runners)

The race will be chip timed and results will be published online after the event. Race photographs will be made available to download free of charge. The junior and fun courses have additional marshals.

Entry and participant notes: minimum ages are 9 years for the Fun Run, 12 years for the Junior Race, and 16 years for the Senior Race, all as at the event date. The event is for runners only; walkers are not accommodated. For safety, pushchairs, wheelchairs, and dogs are not permitted on the course. The first 100 senior entrants receive a £3 early-bird reduction. Senior entry fees differ by affiliation and on-the-day senior entries may be accepted at a higher fee if places remain. A 4.5% booking fee is added at checkout. If the event is cancelled, refunds exclude the booking fee or a deferral to the next event may be offered.
