Triffic Trail, London

Triffic Trail is a trail running event held within Trent Country Park in Enfield. The course stays inside the park and includes woodland trails, grassy fields, a few hills and some short sections of tarmac. The senior race is chip timed and results are published online after the event. Race photographs are made available for free download after the race. The adult race for ages 16 and over will be run under UKA rules.

Distances and minimum ages:

• 2 km Kids Fun Run (minimum age 9)
• 4.5 km Junior Race (minimum age 12)
• 10 km Senior Race (minimum age 16)

The junior and fun courses have additional marshals. The event is designed for runners only; walkers are not accommodated. For safety reasons pushchairs, wheelchairs and dogs are not permitted. The course is described as uneven in places and not suitable for guided runners or wheelchair competitors. Entry is for solo participants only.

Entry fees for 2026 are listed as follows: senior entry from £26 for affiliated runners or £28 for unaffiliated runners, junior and fun run entry £15. The first 150 senior applicants receive a £3 reduction. On the day senior entries may be accepted at £30 if places remain. A 4.5% booking fee is added at checkout. If the event is cancelled in its entirety, refunds exclude the booking fee or a deferral may be offered. Trent Park Running Club organises the event. A percentage of entry fees is donated to local charity partners including North London Hospice, Nightingale Cancer Support Centre and Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service.
