Hawkhurst 10k & 5k : Overview

The Hawkhurst 10k & 5k is a community running event held on 21 June 2026 at The Moor, Hawkhurst, Kent (TN18 4NX). The event is in its sixth year and is organised in partnership with Highgate Hawkhurst WI and local community groups. The course is described as multi-terrain and undulating. Practical information

The event raises funds for local community projects. Facilities and inclusions noted for participants include free parking, a bespoke medal, trophies and prizes for leading runners, finish-line cake and a free half pint at The Eight Bells, mass warm up led by Serida Fitness, ice cream and coffee vans, and pop-up stalls. Free parking is provided at King George V sports field opposite The Moor. Entry is open for the listed distances; the junior race is free. The 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over on the race date and the 5k is open to entrants aged 11 and over. Event information will be sent to registered entrants prior to race day.
