Solstice at the Lakes is a timed trail running event at Leybourne Lakes Country Park, Kent, held across the solstice weekend in June 2026. Race options are based on race duration rather than set distances, and entries include solo and relay formats. Entry prices in the published offers range from £42 to £300. The course is a fully marked 2.5 km loop around Leybourne Lakes. Surface types include maintained trail, gravel and tarmac, and the route is described as flat. Official timing with live lap updates is provided. A medal is awarded to any runner who completes at least one full lap. Medical cover is on site. Race rules require completion of the course on foot with no external assistance or poles, no pacing by other runners, and support only at designated support areas. Overnight participants must carry a headtorch with sufficient batteries. The event is cupless, and runners are expected to avoid littering.
