Ipswich Pretty Muddy 5k - Trinity Park, Ipswich

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course taking place on Sunday 21 June 2026 at Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, IP3 8UH. The course is within a showground and is mainly grass with some paths.

The start and finish are on the same section of grass inside the showground, a short walk from the on-site car park. The site is fairly flat overall. Start times are staggered in waves, with each wave starting every 15 minutes to manage safety on the course.

Participants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of the event; there are separate Pretty Muddy Kids events for younger children. The listed entry prices are Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. There are no electric vehicle charging points, no cycle parking, and no designated drop-off area. The on-site car park is on grass and may become soft or muddy in poor weather. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs; sunflower lanyards are available at the enquiries marquee and the on-site team can assist with accessibility needs.

Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support resources and a Race for Life medal on completion. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
