Ipswich Pretty Muddy 5k at Trinity Park

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich. The course asks participants to climb, crawl and slide through a sequence of obstacles and is designed to be completed at a self-selected pace. Start times are staggered in waves every 15 minutes.

The start and finish are on grass within a showground. The terrain is described as fairly flat and is mainly grass with some paths throughout the course. The start area is a short walk from the on-site car park.

Participation rules and costs are published for the event. Participants must be 13 years of age or older. A separate Pretty Muddy Kids programme is available for children aged 12 and under. A minimum fundraising target applies. Published entry prices include adult and child rates.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. The on-site car park is on grass and may become soft or muddy in bad weather; stewards direct vehicles and blue badge parking is available. There are no electric charging points, no bike racks and no nearby train station. The event is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for pushchairs. Sunflower lanyards are available at the enquiries marquee and Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends.
