Ipswich Pretty Muddy 5k, Trinity Park : 21 June 2026

Pretty Muddy is a 5 km obstacle course where participants climb, crawl and slide around a showground course. The terrain is mainly grass with some paths and is described as fairly flat. The start and finish are on the same grassy section within the showground, a short walk from the on-site car park. Wave starts are used, with each wave beginning every 15 minutes, and marshals are present on course to assist at obstacles. Participants must be 13 years of age or older; there are separate Pretty Muddy Kids events for children aged 12 and under.

The venue is Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich IP3 8UH. Facilities listed as available include refreshments, toilets and parking; dogs are not allowed. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs. There are no bike racks or electric vehicle charging points on site. Bus services from Ipswich centre take around 30 to 40 minutes; there are no nearby train stations and the event is not easily accessible on foot. On-site car parking is on grass and may become soft in poor weather; blue badge parking is directed to the nearest available space. Entry fees are shown for adults and children and a minimum fundraising target applies. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training resources, community access and a medal at the finish. Those with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to seek medical advice beforehand. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
