Trail Running calendar near Lundy 2026-2027

A 7 hour time challenge at Dare Valley Country Park where runners choose distance from 3 km to 50 km. Finishers from 3 km receive a themed medal and longer distances earn pins.

A basecamp event at Dunster on 25 July 2026 offering a 50 km loop with about 1600 m of climb plus 25 km and 10 km options, all supported with marquee rest stops, GPS tracking, catering, medical cover and camping.

The West 100 is a 100-mile team trail run in Cornwall, completed within 36 hours. A support crew provides food and meets runners regularly along the route. The event has strict kit and qualification requirements, including prior 100k experi..

A family friendly inflatable obstacle run at Westpoint Arena in Exeter on 15 August 2026. Multiple loop distances from 2.5 km to 15 km, music zones, on-course water, medals and food vendors.

Trail races at Fyne Court Estate offer 5km and 10km options on undulating but well maintained trails in the Quantock Hills AONB. Wooden finisher medals are available as an optional extra to reduce waste.

An evening Dartmoor fell race revived by Erme Valley Harriers, with a senior route of about 10 km and 450 m of climb plus separate junior races. Race HQ is at Ivybridge rugby club and the start is on the edge of the moor at Gr 654569.

Mynydd Maen Traverse is a running event near Pontypool featuring a 9.8 km route with 291 m of climb. It includes separate junior races and accepts team entries of three.

A 7.5 km fell race at Cwrt-y-Cadno Show fields with 264 m of climb. Entry to the show covers the £5 fee; the course is partially marked and open to those over 16.

Portmellon Trail is a new 12 km trail run on 16 August 2026 around the coastal village of Portmellon and the Wet Bodrugan nature reserve. The course is described as fun, technical and challenging and the entry fee is 20 GBP.
