Somerset Not Levels 50

This LDWA members only walking and running event covers approximately 50 miles and is organised as two loops that both start and finish at Crowcombe Village Hall. One loop heads towards the Brendon Hills and the other onto the Quantocks, showcasing West Somerset in its autumn colours.

The route includes remote trails, reduced daylight conditions and significant ascent of around 8,000 ft. Checkpoint opening and closing times will be strictly enforced. Participants must be aged 18 or older and must have completed at least a 30 mile one day event within the 12 months before the event date.

A live tracker is mandatory for all participants. A specific mandatory kit list applies, a declaration is required at registration and there will be kit checks on the route; anyone not carrying all required items will be disqualified. Parking at the venue is limited so entrants are asked to lift share where possible.

Full route descriptions and a GPX file will be made available for download two weeks before the event. Entry is restricted to LDWA members only, the event has reached capacity and a small waiting list is being operated. Entry fee for LDWA members is listed as £45.
