A 11.1k trail run at Stonyhurst College on 11 July 2026 with 528 ft of elevation, passing woodland, historic bridges and the River Ribble. Organised by Stonyhurst Experience with on site parking and race goodies for finishers.

Experience a traditional fell race in the West Pennines with the Baildon Canter. This event features a 5 km senior course and multiple junior races held alongside the local Carnival.

A fundraising Pretty Muddy 5k at Temple Newsam on 11 July 2026, featuring a single-lap obstacle course across grass and paths. Wave starts run every 15 minutes; participants must be 13 or older and the event is organised by Cancer Research..

The The Sting Backyard Ultra will take place in Richmond (North Yorkshire) on Saturday 11 July 2026. You can run between 4 and 7 kilometers.

A point-to-point trail run from Bury to Rawtenstall alongside the East Lancashire Railway and the River Irwell. Runners try to keep pace with a steam train while supporters can ride the train; finishers receive a medal and T-shirt.

A chip-timed 5-mile multi-terrain race through Arrowe Park on 12 July 2026, featuring woodland trails, grassy paths and parkland. Water stations, on-site toilets, a finish medal and goody bag are provided.

A round of the FRA Junior Championships at Whinlatter Forest Park on 12 July 2026. Multiple junior categories from U10 to U20 run mapped fell courses with specified distances and ascent for each age group.

A summertime off road race of about 5 miles along the River Mersey in Sale, organised by Dragons Running Club. The event uses chip timing, provides finish mementos and shares profits with local charities.

Chapelfell Top is an AS graded 7 km fell race in St. John’s Chapel, Weardale featuring 400 m of ascent to the 703 m summit and a return on the same route. The event is organised by Durham Fell Runners and run under FRA rules.

An evening team relay at Golden Acre Park in Leeds on 14 July 2026. Teams of three from School Years 2 to 7 run a trail course of three one mile laps. Entry is limited to 70 teams and only online entries are accepted.

A scenic 15 km race in Moffat featuring a long climb and a steep stony section followed by a 4.6 mile descent into town. Junior races and a tots dash are included, with optional shirts and finisher mementoes.

A monthly trail race at Wirral Country Park, the July event on 14 July 2026 uses an approximately 8K course and is open to runners aged 16 and over. Entry is £16 for one race or £64 for the full five-race series.

A low cost and informal summer fell race in Great Langdale featuring an 8 km route to the summit of Pike of Blisco and an unconventional beer prizegiving.

A fell race at Plas Dolben near Llangynhafal covering about 8 km with 457 m of climb on a partially marked course. There is a 50 minute cut-off at the top gate, entry on the day is £5 and minimum age is over 16.

A fast, flat 10 km riverside event in Darlington offering medals and goody bags for all, competitive prizes for top finishers, and points toward a four-race series with awards in October.
