SkyRun Eryri in Rhyd-Ddu, Eryri/Snowdonia stages four mountain races from 16 km to 55 km on 15 August 2026, with large elevation gains, aid stations and a mix of ridgelines, scrambling and technical trails.

A fell race in Crowden on 16 August 2026 following the Pennine Way to Black Hill and Soldiers Lump. Online and on-the-day entry options are available, minimum age 18, limited parking and a GPX route is provided.

A five-round trail series at Wirral Country Park held on the third Tuesday each month from April to August, featuring an approx 8K course. Entry is available per race or as a series and trophies are awarded for overall series results.

A timed, flexible run along a 3.28 mile out and back route beside the Stroud Waterways canal. Runners choose distances from 5 km up to ultra and may complete as many laps as they wish within a seven hour limit.

An evening trail run organised by Rotherham Running Club on 18 August 2026, featuring an undulating scenic route of about 5 miles with marshals on course and a post run gathering at the cricket club.

Challenge yourself on the Pilgrims Cross Fell Race across the West Pennine Moors, a scenic but tough 10.7 km with 390 m of climb. Entry is on the day only with a small fee, and the race features in the Rossendale midweek series.

Trail half marathon and 10k around Carsington Water on 22 August 2026, run on marked trail paths with marshals and an event village. GPX files are available for both courses.

Third and final event in the 2026 Summer Series at Chorlton Water Park, featuring lap-based timed running on a 5.3 km riverside course with a seven hour limit and a finishers medal for every participant.

A 7 hour time challenge at Dare Valley Country Park where runners pick their distance from a 3km minimum. The event features a cupcake magnet medal, a baking competition, aid tables with vegan options, and free parking.

An 8.8 km (5.5 mile) fell run around Pen Y Gwely reservoir near Rhydycroesau, featuring tracks, paths and fields with 225 m of climb. The course is partially marked, entry is £7 on the day and the minimum age is over 15.

A scenic circular fell race of about 30 km around Belper that follows Roman roads, farmland and woodland. The event has a 300 entrant limit, entries close 20 August, and all finishers receive a medal and a memento.

A multi-distance trail event through the parklands of central Preston with 10K, half, marathon and ultra options, stocked aid station and bespoke medals for finishers.

A 10 mile trail race through Radnor forest in Mid Wales on 23 August 2026, held in aid of the Special Care Baby Unit in Hereford. The route reaches Black Mixen at 2130 ft and includes forestry roads, moorland and tree covered single track.
