Timber Trails Summer 2026

Timber Trails Summer is a trail running event held in the Bromsgrove countryside. The route covers a distance of 6 miles and consists primarily of off-road terrain, including fields, woodland, stiles, and kissing gates. There are also small sections on quiet roads around Timberhonger Lane, which remain open to traffic during the event.

The event starts and finishes at Sanders Park on Kidderminster Road. Participants navigate a course guided by arrows and marshals, beginning in the large field at Sanders Park and moving along Whitford Road before entering public footpaths. The terrain includes several hills and narrow passage points such as stiles.

Facilities at the start and finish area include portable toilets, urinals, an accessible toilet, and the permanent toilets located near the park cafe.

Participants must be at least 15 years old to enter. Runners may participate with one dog, provided the animal is kept on a lead and away from livestock.
