Bromyard Round the Downs

Bromyard Round the Downs is a community running event held at Bromyard Rugby Club, Tenbury Road, Bromyard, Herefordshire HR7 4LW on 28 June 2026. The event offers a chip timed 10 km, a junior 2 km for children, and a non-competitive fun run. Race format and course details for the 10 km: a multi‑terrain route using trails, tracks and off‑road sections with a busy road crossing. Marshals will guide participants but traffic will not be stopped.

Two water stations are located on the course, at about 2.5 km and 5 km. Trophies will be awarded for first male, first female, and first local male and female within a three mile radius. Timing, entries and transfers: the 10 km and junior 2 km use ankle timing tags collected at registration and worn on either ankle. Race bibs are not transferable.

Entries close on 25 June 2026 and on the day entries may be available subject to availability. As a fundraising event, no refunds will be issued; transfers are allowed through EntryCentral until seven days before entries close. On-site services and safety: marshals will be stationed on the route, Bromyard First Responders will provide first aid, and the event is covered by event insurance. Toilets will be available.
