Course, checkpoints and rules

The route goes to the source of the River Severn and includes a near four mile mountain trek up Plynlimon before following the Severn Path to the finish at Mid Wales Arts Centre, Maesmawr, Caersws. There are two checkpoint stations; checkpoint food options include vegan and gluten free choices and competitors may supply labelled personal food bags for checkpoints.
