Join the Christmas Jumper Friday Run on 11 December in Walton on Thames for a relaxed rock up and run along the riverside towpath. Pick 5k to ultra, run laps within a 7 hour window and earn a bespoke finisher medal.

A festive midweek time challenge on the River Thames with flexible starts and distances from a 3 km minimum up to 50 km. Medals, distance pins and goody bags are provided, with aid stations and a mix of path and light trail surfaces.

A timed trail event in the Forest of Bere featuring a 3.28 mile lap and distance options from 5 km to ultra. Aid station serves sweet and savoury food including potatoes and vegan choices, and 20% of proceeds support Forestry England.

Join the Mince Pi Run in Guildford for a Pi themed run by the water, with distances from a 1 mile kids fun run to the 3.14 mile loop and laps up to a Pi marathon. Every finisher gets a bespoke Pi Pie medal.

A 10 mile cross country run across the West Wight on 13 December 2026, known for its hilly terrain and coastal views. Entries are limited; the race is open to those aged 16 and over and includes a finish memento.

Test your endurance at Box Hill with this dawn to dusk trail challenge. Complete as many 10 mile loops as possible before the winter sun sets in this scenic winter event.

Slow and Dirty is a level 19k trail race along a former railway route through the Stour valley near Sturminster Newton. The course is waymarked every kilometre and finishes with a medal and festive refreshments.

The Santa Claws 10km will take place in Thatcham on Thursday 24 December 2026. You can run 10 kilometers.

A seven hour Time Challenge along the River Thames in Egham with flexible distances from 3 km to 50 km, signed laps, medals, distance pins and goody bags, plus a Christmas dinner aid table and a small present for finishers.

A free community run along the canal and River Tone between Bridgwater and French Weir Park, Taunton, offering 14-mile and 7.5-mile options; registration is required for planning and insurance and the event is not timed.

Winter X is a mid-winter trail-running event in the Meon Valley offering 10, 30, 50 and 70 km on marked public trails with checkpoints and post-event food. Entries for 2025 are closed; a provisional date for 2026 is 28 December 2026.

Gut Buster is a year end cross country event at Butlers Lands Farm near Reading featuring water crossings, fields, footpaths and famously muddy sections. Finish line hospitality includes complimentary mulled wine and mince pies.
