Springtide 50k

Springtide is a single loop trail race starting and finishing at Arundel Football Club in Arundel, West Sussex. The route runs through the South Downs National Park and includes grass trails, farm tracks, forest paths and rolling hills. Key locations on the course include Houghton Forest, Eartham Wood, Angmering Park, Wepham Woods and a finish along the River Arun.

The course is waymarked for navigation and is predominantly off road, with terrain reported as 99% trail and 1% road. The elevation profile shows approximately 3,200 ft of ascent and descent. There are four aid stations and live GPS tracking with chip timing. The event holds a permit through the ARC, number ARC/25/0231, and is a UTMB Index race worth 2 ITRA points. Minimum entry age is 20 and no qualifier is required. The race has an 11 hour cutoff.

Entries operate on a first come, first served basis with a waitlist once full. Entries close two weeks before the event or when limits are reached. The published entry fee includes a mandatory GPS tracker. Refund and deferral terms state a 50% refund is available until 3 January 2026; after that refunds are not given except in cases of pregnancy.
