Trail Running calendar near Chiddingly 2026-2027

A trail running event at Stanmer Park on the South Downs Way with three routes from 5 km to 21 km, varied terrain, marked and timed courses, refuelling outposts, and on-site services including photography and a finishers medal.

A 42km off road marathon from Stanmer Park across the South Downs to a finish on Hove Lawns. The route includes Ditchling Beacon and joins the Brighton Marathon for the final 6km.

A five mile off road race through woods and farmland around Hurstbourne Tarrant in the North Wessex Downs. Organised entirely by volunteers since 2009, the annual event donates all proceeds to local charities.

A multi-distance coastal trek and trail event from Chale on 2–3 May 2026, offering routes from a 10 mile option to a 106 km full island challenge, with GPS tracking, staffed rest stops, medical cover, camping and shuttle transfers.
