Route notes: the Monarch’s Loop follows the South Downs Way toward Bignor Hill and returns via the Monarch’s Way. The Coastal 50k passes Chichester Harbour and the village of Bosham before returning to the South Downs. The Castle 50k follows an undulating line along the South Downs Way and passes Arundel Castle. The 80km combines the Coastal 50k with the 30km loop; the 100km combines the Coastal and Castle loops.

Event support and services include fully signposted trails, individual chip timing, pit stops with food and drink, hot food at halfway and a free hot meal at the finish, medical teams and clinics, bag transfer to finish lines, bookable shuttles and parking, finish-line photographer and medal, and optional extras such as merchandise, individual trackers, and event photos. Join the Wessex Night League in Kings Worthy for a 60 minute touch free score orienteering across urban streets and wooded areas. Bring hi viz and lights; day entry allowed subject to limits and juniors under 16 must be accompanied.

Join a guided trail run at Box Hill, Dorking covering 12.5 miles with about 1000 m of ascent through steep, technical woodland and open fields. This noncompetitive group run suits fit trail runners and finishes with an alcohol free beer.

Witterings Beach Run at West Wittering showcases sandy flats and stunning sea views from Selsey Bill to the Isle of Wight. 5 km, 10 km and 15 km routes plus canicross make it ideal for runners and dogs. Event sold out.
