The London 100 is an ultra marathon event organized by Camino Ultra, taking place in Central London. The event starts and finishes at the Queen Mother Sports Centre in Victoria, located at 223 Vauxhall Bridge Road, Pimlico. The course is designed as four unique legs extending North, East, South, and West from the central hub, allowing participants to see over 100 London icons.

The event has a 16-hour cutoff time and includes major support on each of the four legs for the 100 km distance.

The venue is connected to Transport for London (TFL) links, and the organizers offer access to partner boutique hotels near the headquarters. Facilities at the site include hot showers and a community center recovery area. Registration includes training plans from the coaching squad and a unique finishers medal.
