Course and facilities

All races use a lapped out-and-back layout along the Thames Path. Turnaround points include Staines Bridge (near the Runnymede Hotel) and Old Windsor Lock. The route is described as fully runnable, well marked, and marshalled at the key turnaround points. GPX routes, course maps and a route video are provided by the organiser.
