Jubilee Hall Trust presents Run For Your Life on 2 May 2026 at Parliament Hill Fields, Hampstead Heath, London. The event is the 11th edition and offers three course distances:

  • 10 km
  • 5 km
  • 2 km Fun Run

Courses start and finish near the Parliament Hill bandstand and pass woodland trails by Kenwood House, a viaduct, and the Parliament Hill fields athletics track. Participants are started in managed waves. The event is not licensed. All proceeds benefit Jubilee Hall Trust community programmes.

Practical information

All participants are chip-timed and receive a souvenir medal at the finish. Bib numbers are available for collection at the event only. Results will be uploaded live to the event website (internet connection permitting) and communicated to pre-registered participants within 24 hours. Water is provided on the 5 km and 10 km routes at the halfway point. Medical cover is provided. Toilets will be available near the start and finish. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers.

Wheelchair users and buggies, pushchairs or strollers are not suitable for the main routes due to terrain; buggies and similar are permitted in the 2K Fun Run. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited; other earphones should be at low volume so officials’ instructions can be heard. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult on the 2K Fun Run.
