Inflatable 5K - St Albans, Hertfordshire, Saturday 24 April 2027

This event consists of a looped inflatable obstacle course held in St Albans, Hertfordshire on 24 April 2027. Each lap is 2.5 km and the course includes multiple inflated obstacles, slides and tunnels with five music zones placed around the route. The event is untimed and offers a finisher's medal, a goodie bag and a post run drink for participants.

Distances available:

  • 2.5k - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
  • 5k - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
  • 10k - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
  • 15k - 6 laps, 90 obstacles

Facilities and on course provisions include a clearly marked route, a midway water station, medical cover, event photography, toilets and a free spectator area. Food and drink vendors will be on site. Parking is charged at £5 per car and a bag drop service is available at £3 per bag; bags will be searched for safety. Dogs are not permitted.

Age and entry details note adult entry is for 16 and over, children aged 5 to 15 may participate only when accompanied by a paying participating adult at a 3:1 child to adult ratio. A flexible 6-hour timed run along the flat, scenic Jubilee River near Slough. Run as many laps as you like on the 5.24-mile course, with everyone receiving a finisher's medal. The route offers countryside views and a riverside path.

A seven hour timed Chasing Numbers event on 12 June 2026 in Egham with a signed lap course along the River Thames. Finishers from 3 km receive a medal and goody bag and distance pins are available for longer achievements.

A flexible Friday run along the Thames. Choose your start time and your distance, from a 5k lap to an ultra. It's a smaller event with a lower fee, but you still get one of the famous Phoenix medals.

A timed multi-lap event on a flat 5.3 km out and back towpath course along the Thames offering distances from 5 km up to ultra with flexible start times, themed ducky incentives and a large spinning medal for finishers.
