Circuit du Sore Legs
Ware, United Kingdom • 31 May 2026
The Circuit du Sore Legs is a track running event held at Wodson Park Sports Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire. The event is in its sixth year and is held on a traffic free 400 metre athletics track with chip timing and bespoke medals for finishers.
Distances are counted by laps on lane one; the organiser counts laps rather than GPS distance, so watch distance may vary by lane choice.
- 5k: 12.5 laps
- 10k: 25 laps
- Half marathon: 52.75 laps
- Full marathon: 105.5 laps
- 50k Ultra: 125 laps
- 6 hour challenge: unlimited laps
Facilities and services include free parking, toilets and changing rooms close to the track, aid stations around the course, race photos, and complimentary tea, coffee and cake for runners. The event is limited to 100 entrants and holds an ARC licence.
Registration requires arriving about 30 to 45 minutes before a runner’s start time to collect the race number and hear the race briefing. Race etiquette asks faster runners to be overtaken on the right and requests that walkers use the outer lanes so everyone can share the track safely. The event is cupless; runners should bring their own cup or bottle for refilling. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
