Circuit du Sore Legs is a track event held on a 400 metre athletics track with multiple fixed-distance options and a timed challenge. Distances are counted by laps on lane 1; watch-measured distance may vary but official distance is laps multiplied by 400 m.

- 10k: 25 laps
- Half marathon: 52.75 laps
- Marathon: 105.5 laps
- 50k Ultra: 125 laps
- 6 hour challenge: timed event, laps unlimited
Event facilities and services include chip timing, a bespoke medal, traffic-free athletics track, aid stations around the course, free parking, race photos, and complimentary tea, coffee and cake for runners. Toilets and changing rooms are located close to the track. The course layout keeps participants on the track so there is no route navigation required and supporters can be seen each lap.
Additional details: the event operates under an ARC licence, entry is limited to 100 entrants, minimum age is 18 years, and standard organiser terms and conditions apply.
