A 9.3 km fell race near Cwm, Ebbw Vale with 549 m of climb on moorland and a partly waymarked anticlockwise loop. Basic navigation and mountain skills are useful; the event is part of the South Wales Series.

Trail running from Queen Elizabeth Country Park across the South Downs with *50K*, *25K* and *12K* options on 26 July 2026. The event is TRA licensed and includes marked routes, aid stations and on site facilities.

Timed laps on a 2.62 mile out and back canal route with flexible distance options from 5 km up to ultra and a seven hour time limit. Both in person and virtual entries receive a physical medal.

A 5 mile undulating trail run on 26 July 2026 around Bembridge, passing marshes, copse and coastal path. Entry is limited to 180 runners with trophies in Seniors, V40 and V55 categories and medals for all finishers.

August 2026

Two trail races finishing at Ivybridge Rugby Club: a 33.5 mile Crossing across moorland summits and a 15.5 mile Great Escape from Princetown. Both courses are fully marked and marshalled and include finisher medals.

Discover the Rose Run with Phoenix Running South Wales at Parc Taf Bargoed, a scenic multi terrain out and back with a repeatable 5.3 km lap to build distances from 5 km to ultra. Rock up and run with staggered starts and limited spots.

A family friendly inflatable obstacle run in Bournemouth on 1 August 2026 with multiple distance options, giant inflatables, finishers medals and on-site facilities for participants and spectators.

Two linear Dartmoor trail races on 1 August 2026 based at Ivybridge Rugby Club. Choose the 33.5-mile Crossing or the 15.5-mile Great Escape; both are fully marked, supported with aid stations, cupless and offer limited on-site camping.

A community-organised road half marathon and multi-terrain 5K around Sturminster Newton on 2 August 2026, with water stations, marshals, a race T-shirt and finish cake. Online entries close 1 August; day entries possible if places remain.

Experience a scenic off road run alongside the River Dart in Devon. This community focused event features an 11km main course and a 1 mile fun run with medals for all finishers and a post race BBQ.

A 4-mile hill run in Westbury on 05 August 2026 that raises funds for Brain Tumour Support; participants receive a pottery memento and prizes are awarded for top finishers and best helmet.

An evening cross country event at North Perrott Cricket Club offering a two-lap 10K and a one-lap 6K fun run. Entries are limited to 250 and all profits support local community projects.

A four day 184 mile multi day ultra along the Thames Path from the Cotswolds to the Thames Barrier, with daily finishers medals, included accommodation for nights one to three and mandatory kit and time cut rules.

A 57 mile point to point ultramarathon along the Thames Path from Kemble Station to Travelodge Oxford Abingdon Road with four checkpoints, mandatory kit requirements and a bespoke finisher medal and head visor for competitors.

Two trail distances along the Mendip Way on 8 August 2026, finishing at Uphill Sands Beach. The routes feature woodlands, hilltop views and coastal terrain with aid stations and a cupless policy.

Tackle the Sticklepath Horseshoe a 15.5 km fell race over rugged moorland with 519 m climb. Pre entry is limited so book early. Bring map compass and solid navigation skills as this event is not suitable for beginners.
