The OTT Ultra Marathon is a challenging 30-mile trail race set in the scenic Brecon Beacons, South Wales. Starting in Merthyr Tydfil, the course follows the Taff Trail and riverside paths before ascending to Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales at 886 meters. Runners then descend via Jacobs Ladder and traverse forestry tracks alongside reservoirs, offering stunning valley views.

The route finishes back in Merthyr Tydfil after passing through the Taff Fechan Nature Reserve. The race features five checkpoints with aid stations, technical trails, and a 14:00 cutoff at 19.5 miles. It suits both newcomers stepping up to ultras and experienced runners.
