Trail Running calendar near Borrowdale 2026-2027

Trail event by Punk Panther with waterside routes past seven reservoirs, offering 13, 20 and 32 mile distances and on course support and trackers.

A 10 km fell race with 258 m climb at Orton C of E Primary School on 26 September 2026, senior entries for ages 16+, teams of three, and junior races with on-the-day entry.

Take on the Eskdale Show fell race in the Lake District, a scenic 6.9 km course with 277 m of climb across classic fell terrain. Open to adults and juniors, with easy entry on the day for spontaneous race plans.

A point to point 30 miles ultra along the coast from Blackpool Tower to Lancaster Castle that includes a ferry crossing between Fleetwood and Knott End. The event features chip timing, aid stations and mandatory kit checks.

A 30 km hill race from Traquair House to Broughton Ales across the Scottish Borders with roughly 1500 m of ascent. The route uses hill tracks and open heather, has eight marshalled checkpoints and requires mandatory emergency kit.

PARAS'10 Catterick on 26 September 2026 is a 10 mile multi terrain endurance event at Catterick Garrison. It includes a 10 mile bergen category, a canicross option, and supports the charity SUPPORT OUR PARAS.

A professionally guided, fully supported 50 km high-level route across the Lake District with 21 summits and 3,500 m ascent, starting at Broughton Mills and finishing in Keswick.

A 10 km trail run through the grasslands and woodlands of Rising Sun Country Park on 27 September 2026, with mixed terrain and a canicross option allowing one well controlled dog per runner.

A trail event in Blackpool on 27 September 2026 with 10K, half marathon, marathon and ultra options on a 10K loop. The route runs through country park paths past Marton Mere and Blackpool Zoo and includes on-course refreshments and a finish..

A five mile trail race in Worsley on 27 September 2026 organised by Swinton Running Club, with affiliated and unaffiliated entry categories and limited on-the-day places.
