Free community trail run from Banter Ice Cream Abbotsford to Banter Chilliwack. The 35 km route includes a free cone for finishers and an optional 70 km challenge with shoe prizes and limited demo shoes on site.

May 2026

Trail races at Golden Ears Provincial Park with kids runs plus Sport, Enduro and Grit distances. On course aid and a guided hiking division are available and optional finisher medals can be purchased.

Trail races from Capilano University lands in Squamish offering 18 km and 35 km looped courses with substantial ascent and technical sections, plus a non-competitive kids race of about 1 km.

An unofficial trail event on May 9 from Langdale Ferry Terminal serving as a tune up for The Coaster. A May 1 to 31 Strava segment challenge offers prizes and a one time 15% shop discount for showing activity.

June 2026

Trail races in Sechelt on June 6, 2026 include a marathon, half marathon, 10k and a free Cub Run for kids. Fundraising is listed with CA$2,805.71 raised for CMBTA.

A roughly 5 km obstacle course fun run in Surrey on June 6, 2026 with over 25 obstacles including a large inflatable waterslide and mud pits. The event includes a festival area, free kids zone and participant perks.

A loop-based trail race in North Vancouver with up to six 7 km laps, solo and team options, a kids and walk format, and a race village offering aid stations and live music.

Run Saysutshun is a coastal single track loop around Saysutshun Island with cedar groves, sandstone cliffs and ocean lookouts. Choose timed or fixed distances from 10 km to 24 hours for a scenic trail and endurance challenge.

A 16 km course from Ambleside Park to Grouse Mountain with 1400 m of ascent. Solo and 2 to 4 person relay options, a 10 week training clinic, cupless aid stations, and funds support the Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation.

Community running event featuring an 8 km run, a 4 hour Make It or Break It challenge and a recreational family category. Proceeds support the Coquitlam Foundation Diversity Fund and KidSport TriCities. Event paused for 2026.
