Course and race history

The marquee 50 mile course is described as more than 90% singletrack with more than 11,000 ft of climbing and descent. Routes pass areas with glaciated, snow-capped peaks near the Pacific Ocean. The event hosted the 2023 Canadian Mountain & Trail Running Championships and the 2024 Canadian Trail Running Championship for the 50 km and 50 mile distances.
