Hosted by Run Like A Girl Adventures Inc. in support of BabyGoRound at Aldergrove Regional Park (27240 8 Ave, Aldergrove, BC). Registration includes a bib, a finisher medal and a CA$5.00 donation to BabyGoRound. The event offers in person and virtual options; virtual packages are mailed before the event date.

Course and terrain: wide, hard packed dirt and gravel trails moving through rolling meadows and mixed forest with wetland habitat that supports local wildlife. The 22 km is a double loop with flat sections and undulating hills. The 11 km follows a rolling course. The 5 km is mainly flat with a few short hills. The 1 km fun run uses non technical park paths.

Aid stations and services: aid stations are located according to distance and are stocked with water, F2C drink mix, fruit and packaged snacks, and medical supplies. Timing is provided via a timing app rather than chip timing. The event is cupless so participants should bring a reusable cup. Strollers are welcome with distance specific recommendations for stroller types. On site amenities include washrooms, a nursing and change station provided by BabyGoRound, finish line food, a smoothie or smoothie bowl from Stormy's Smoothie Truck included with registration, and finish line massages on a first come first served basis.
